How I Got an Organisation Account Verified in 33 Hours in One Go
In July 2023, Google Play introduced new verification requirements for anyone creating Play Console developer accounts. This was done to increase trust and transparency on Google Play and ensure developers comply with the updated Play Console policies.
For Play Console developer accounts created before September 2023, we must select a preferred deadline for completing the verification process. The verification can be initiated 60 days before this deadline. Failing to complete the verification by the chosen date risks removal of both the developer profile and the apps from Google Play. Therefore, verifying the account is essential, and any errors in the process could have significant consequences.
